Atlas Royalties LLC is a private, Colorado-based oil and gas company focused on the acquisition of minerals, royalties and leasehold/non-op working interest throughout the states of Colorado, Wyoming and Oklahoma. During our overall tenure in the oil and gas industry dating back to 2014, we have successfully transacted with hundreds of families and businesses on over 16,000 net acres of core upstream, unconventional mineral and royalty purchases and over 10,000 net acres worth of leases among the regions of Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and North Dakota. Although its core business is oil and gas, during the year 2020, Atlas expanded its reach with the creation of a real estate investment arm, primarily focused on conducting Fix and Flips, purchasing Single Family Homes, and operating Short Term Rentals. Since its entry into real estate, Atlas Royalties has invested in and partnered with a vast amount of landlords, tenants, property management teams, agents, contractors, buyers and sellers, predominantly among the Kansas City metro area. The company is currently expanding into other states, including Colorado and Arizona, with a long term scalable growth strategy.
